Our computers are powerful tools for you to use for fun and learning.

We have hugely fast broadband Internet access.

Our state of the art video conferencing facilities allow us to speak face to face with up to three other locations, anywhere in the world, simultaneously. See this page for more information about video conferencing.

We have two main ICT Suite’s, ICT1 which has 30 PC’s, colour and black & white printers, and interactive whiteboard. ICT2 has 22 machines, colour and black & white printers and interactive whiteboard.

We have numerous items that may be loaned or hired by schools and community groups.

These include the following:

• Heart Rate Monitors - These Polar HR monitors can be used in PE, science and many other disciplines. The data they capture can be saved to PC for further analysis.
• Digital Cameras - These tools are becoming increasingly popular in school usage. We have a wide selection of cameras and can also teach you how to get the best from them.
• Digital Video - Video can capture the essence of performances in sport and drama. It can also be used to record particularly interesting experiments or to time events.
• Laptop PCs - These are fully specced PCs with the advantage that you can carry them with you. Why not take one to a field trip and hook it up to cameras and videos. Dictate your impressions of a place or get the kids to.
• Telescope - We now have a 10" Meade reflecting telescope. With this superb piece of equipment you will be able to show your kids the wonders of the universe. It is fully GPS aware and once set up it will find whatever you want to look at automatically. It also has a CCD camera so you can do timed exposures of stellar objects and download them to your laptop for manipulation
